If you applied for SNAP benefits since June 2017 and have not received benefits, please let DHS know right away! The RI Department of Human Services (DHS) has posted a new SNAP Delay Notice and Form to all SNAP applicants who applied for SNAP benefits from June 1, 2017.  DHS is attempting to locate any client who has not yet received benefits.
